Conference in Streaming

ASHRAE Spain Chapter is organising a very interesting conference in STREAMING about District Heating & Cooling, on September 11th.
The conference will be led by qualified experts from the industry with the special participation of Lars Gullev, CEO of VEKS and Responsible of CopenHill Power Plant.
DH&C (District Heating) systems stand out for their high thermal performance, compared with conventional systems and with the use of other energies (geothermal, biomass, biogas, waste conversion, use of waste heat from industrial plants). Likewise, they contribute to the reduction of polluting emissions.
According to Lars Gullev, CEO of VEKS, “District heating is not a dinosaur system; it is part of the future, because it is the infrastructure that makes possible the integration between the heating system and the energy demand ”. Furthermore, this technology will help in a fundamental way to reduce CO2 emissions in the short term ”.
